1Intellectual property rights
FJ Empire ka naam, logo, brand identity, product designs, photography, aur website content — yeh sab FJ Empire ki exclusive property hain. Koi bhi shakhs ya entity in materials ko bina written permission ke copy, reproduce, distribute, ya commercial use ke liye istemal nahi kar sakti. Violation ki soorat mein Pakistan Intellectual Property Organization (IPO-Pakistan) aur relevant courts mein case daayar kiya jayega.
2Copyright aur trademark
FJ Empire ka brand name aur logo trademark ke liye register kiya gaya hai. Koi bhi similar naam, design ya logo use karna — chahe online ho ya offline — direct copyright infringement samjha jayega. Social media par bhi kisi ne FJ Empire ka naam ya logo unauthorized istemal kiya toh legal action hoga.
Fraudulent orders aur misuse
Jo customers jaan bujhkar fake orders place karain, COD orders repeatedly refuse karain, ya store ke saath fraud ki koshish karain — unka data record kiya jayega aur zarorat parne par Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) aur cybercrime authorities ko report kiya jayega. Yeh IPC Section 420 aur PECA 2016 ke taat prosecutable hai.
4Defamation aur false reviews
FJ Empire ke khilaf deliberately jhoothe, gumraah-kun ya defamatory content — social media, review platforms ya kisi bhi public forum par — post karna Pakistani defamation laws ke taat legal action ka mujib banega. Hum apni brand reputation ki hifazat ka haq rakhte hain.
5Governing law
Yeh notice aur FJ Empire ke tamam legal matters Pakistan ke qanoon ke taat governed honge. Kisi bhi dispute ki soorat mein Lahore ki courts jurisdiction rakhti hain. Koi bhi dispute pehle amicably resolve karne ki koshish ki jayegi; agar fail ho toh formal legal proceedings shuru honge.
Khabardar: Is notice ki khilaf warzi criminal charges, civil lawsuit, aur financial damages ka sabab ban sakti hai. FJ Empire apne rights ki hifazat ke liye poori tarhan tayyar hai.
